Jeff is a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Business Valuator and the CFO of Pioneera Ventures. He works with existing and prospective portfolio companies in technology commercialization, capital formation, strategic planning and business valuation.
Over the last 20 years, he managed the Strategic Planning and Corporate Development activities for EPCOR Utilities Inc, a North American integrated utility with assets exceeding $10B. During this time the utility acquired in excess of $3B in North American utility infrastructure. Prior to this, he worked at Deloitte and as the CFO for companies in the Software, Oil and Gas and Manufacturing Sector.
