I'm drawn to the startup industry because I love solving problems and building community. It all started with an innovation challenge I took part in. That led me to receive training in Lean Startup and business development for entrepreneurship and build relationships in the community. The energy of the startup world is infectous. At a ground level you can see the effect of business success for real people and the economy.
